Description

Crispy and tender chicken bites tossed in a creamy, slightly spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper to create your luscious Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Thread the chicken chunks onto the wooden skewers, ensuring they’re snug but not too tight.
  4. Brush the chicken with olive oil and generously sprinkle on the breadcrumbs for that extra crispy finish.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded for even cooking.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and wonderfully crispy.
  7. Drizzle with additional Bang Bang sauce before serving, and watch the smiles light up around the table!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level or add different sauces to customize your skewers.
