Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the grated cucumber.
- Add the minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar or lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are blended and invitingly creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes
