- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispy wedges, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes prior to baking.
