Description

Crispy and golden potato wedges baked with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for a cozy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy wedges, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes prior to baking.
