Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flour or almond flour
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the oats and protein powder alongside the coconut or almond flour, mixing until well incorporated.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them firm up.
- Enjoy them cold as a snack or post-workout treat.
Notes
