Description

Delicious no-bake blueberry cheesecake protein bites, perfect for a sweet snack or post-workout treat, packed with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour or almond flour

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the oats and protein powder alongside the coconut or almond flour, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
  5. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them firm up.
  7. Enjoy them cold as a snack or post-workout treat.
