Description

Creamy and zesty Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups, perfect for game nights and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over it.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling, placing completed rolls seam-side down on a plate.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
