Ingredients

- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat, watching as the butter melts and starts to bubble.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue to cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Serve as a side dish, garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
