- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- If the mixture feels too thick, add chicken broth a little at a time to reach a smooth consistency.
- Transfer the chicken-broccoli mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top it off with grated Parmesan cheese if you’re feeling cheesy.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
