Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Remove the beef and set aside.
  5. Add the minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, and onion in the same pan.
  6. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.

Notes

For best results, freeze the beef for 30 minutes before slicing. Marinate ahead for easier prep.
