- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown butter
- 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface and spread the brown butter over it.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the brown butter.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 1-2 inch thick rounds.
- Place the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes.
- While they bake, prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once the rolls are out of the oven, spread the frosting generously over them.
