Description

A creamy pasta salad inspired by the classic club sandwich, perfect for summer gatherings and quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Tri-color Pasta
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • 4 ounces Ham (lunch meat)
  • 4 ounces Turkey (lunch meat)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prep the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until brown and crispy. Remove, let cool, and chop into pieces.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the cooled pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, ham, and turkey in a large bowl.
  5. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  6. Combine the dressing with the pasta mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad tastes even better when made ahead of time, allowing the flavors to meld together.
