Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookie chunks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Oreo cookie chunks and white chocolate chips, creating a lovely marbled effect.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Your kitchen will start to smell divine!
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
