Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2–3 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Optional: chili flakes, onions, bell peppers
Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, garlic butter (or minced garlic), mayonnaise (or cream cheese), parsley (or Italian seasoning), and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Stir in the mozzarella or cheddar cheese until it’s evenly distributed through the chicken mixture.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken filling onto each tortilla.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, creating a wrap.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly toast each wrap for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
- Remove from the pan, slice in half, and enjoy while warm!
Notes
You can prepare the filling in advance and store it in the fridge covered. Assemble the wraps the next day for a quick lunch or dinner.
