- 1 cup cooked taco meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for dipping)
- Oil (for frying or brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a frying pan if frying.
- Place a tortilla on a clean surface and spread a few tablespoons of taco meat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat and add a spoonful of salsa for flavor.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the rolled taco sticks on a baking sheet if baking, or gently place them in the hot oil until golden brown if frying.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or fry until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm with a side of sour cream for dipping.
Notes
