Description

This delightful cheesecake combines the flavors of churros with creamy cheesecake for a comforting dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set and just slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve chilled.
