A comforting dish of gnocchi smothered in a luscious garlic tomato cream sauce, perfect for chilly evenings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Gnocchi (gluten-free if preferred)
- 12 oz marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
- 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup tahini
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large pot of salted water until they float to the surface. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add marinara, tahini, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to the gnocchi.
- Set the pot over medium heat and gently stir until well combined and warmed through.
- Divide into bowls or plates, and top with fresh parsley or an extra sprinkle of nutritional yeast if desired.
Notes
Make the sauce in advance and store it in the fridge. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
