Description

A tender and juicy roast beef recipe infused with fragrant rosemary and garlic, perfect for family gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 pounds beef roast (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef roast, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and add beef broth to the bottom of the pan.
  5. Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
  6. Let the roast rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with pan juices drizzled on top for added flavor.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using herbs like thyme or sage instead of rosemary, or try a garlic butter glaze during the last 30 minutes of roasting.
