Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs and broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch over medium heat.
  6. Drizzle the sticky sauce over the meatballs and broccoli.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
