- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs and broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, combine the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch over medium heat.
- Drizzle the sticky sauce over the meatballs and broccoli.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
