  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your space by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or giving it a light grease.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Coat each chicken tender with the mayo mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Dredge each coated tender in crushed Ritz crackers to create a crunchy crust.
  5. Place the tenders on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
