- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli and sauté until tender.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked tortellini, sautéed broccoli, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Add the tortellini mixture and top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize the veggies or cheeses to your liking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
