- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup salsa (your favorite kind, mild or spicy)
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 8 small flour tortillas (or corn tortillas, if preferred)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- Sour cream (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded chicken until well-coated in the creamy mixture.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spoon a generous amount of the creamy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas over and place them seam-side down in a serving dish.
- Top the tacos with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
