Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, creating a perfect balance of flavor.
  3. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and slice into tender strips.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant.
  5. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, watching as it thickens beautifully.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines, creating that signature creamy Alfredo sauce.
