A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs, infused with dill pickles for a zesty flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the egg yolks until smooth, then mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill pickles, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy and combined.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites, filling each half generously.
