- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups of cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, shredded chicken, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked rice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is bubbly and golden.
Notes
You can assemble the casserole a day in advance. Leftover casserole can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
