Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups of cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, shredded chicken, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked rice.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is bubbly and golden.

Notes

You can assemble the casserole a day in advance. Leftover casserole can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
