Ingredients

- 2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet of fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas (for serving)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot, allowing plenty of room for all the flavors to mingle.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it together with the vibrant vegetables.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
