- 4 Flour tortilla shells
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Strawberry glaze
Instructions
- Start by preparing the filling: in a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Toast the flour tortillas in a pan or oven until slightly crispy.
- Dip the edges of the tortillas in melted butter and then in graham cracker crumbs for added crunch.
- Fill each tortilla shell with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with diced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your easy cheesecake tacos!
Notes
Make the cream cheese filling a couple of hours in advance and store in the refrigerator for best results.
