Description

Delightful tacos filled with rich cheesecake and topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortilla shells
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the filling: in a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Toast the flour tortillas in a pan or oven until slightly crispy.
  3. Dip the edges of the tortillas in melted butter and then in graham cracker crumbs for added crunch.
  4. Fill each tortilla shell with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Top with diced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your easy cheesecake tacos!

Notes

Make the cream cheese filling a couple of hours in advance and store in the refrigerator for best results.
