Description

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, whisking until well blended.
  4. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, sprinkling a generous amount of shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese between the layers.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the layered potatoes, ensuring each slice is coated.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
