- 1 can (10.5 ounces / 298 grams) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (115 grams) sour cream
- 4 tablespoons (56 grams) butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the rich sauce over the chicken, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Spread the prepared stuffing mix evenly on top of the chicken and sauce.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, letting the top become golden brown and crispy.
