Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta (like fusilli or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and mozzarella balls.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Stir in the fresh basil.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
