Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh herbs (basil and parsley), chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped fresh herbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish, ensuring they’re snug.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the tops of the shells.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with additional mozzarella, and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
