Description

A warm and cheesy delight that brings family together, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh herbs (basil and parsley), chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped fresh herbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish, ensuring they’re snug.
  7. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the tops of the shells.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil, sprinkle with additional mozzarella, and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
