Instructions
- Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.

- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
- Fill each circle with desired fillings, fold, and seal the edges.
- Bake or fry as desired until golden.
