Description

A warm and creamy Garlic Butter Chicken served with bowtie pasta, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it’s golden and bubbling.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant and slightly caramelized.
  4. Toss in the diced chicken, seasoning it generously with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer to meld those flavors together.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Toss it gently to coat every piece in that luscious sauce.
  8. Serve warm, topping each dish with generous grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days. For a lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk.
