Description

Delightful corn on the cob coated in rich garlic butter and sprinkled with nutty Parmesan cheese, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Brush the garlic butter generously over each ear of corn, coating them evenly.
  4. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.
  5. Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill, unwrap carefully, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
