Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare and season the cauliflower in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
