- 1 cup pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, about 4 x 6 inches.
- Place a few pepperoni slices and a handful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each rectangle.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. These rolls freeze well; bake, cool, and then wrap to store.
