Description

Quick, easy, and protein-packed pizza rolls filled with pepperoni and cheese, perfect for snacking or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles, about 4 x 6 inches.
  4. Place a few pepperoni slices and a handful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  6. Roll the dough tightly around the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. These rolls freeze well; bake, cool, and then wrap to store.
