Instructions
- Combine the sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir in the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and sugar (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk if the dip is too thick, blending gradually to reach your preferred consistency.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
