  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss until each breast is evenly coated in the seasoning.
  3. Preheat air fryer: Turn on your air fryer and preheat it to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Air Fry: Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest and serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh herbs.
