Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Season: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss until each breast is evenly coated in the seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer: Turn on your air fryer and preheat it to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry: Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh herbs.
