- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add in the flour, salt, and lemon zest until a crumbly dough forms.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the prepared baking pan to form the base.
- Combine the blueberries with the lemon juice and granulated sugar, mixing gently.
- Layer the blueberry mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the blueberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
