Description

A comforting side dish of golden, crispy Parmesan roasted potatoes, perfect for weeknights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. Combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well-coated.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until the potatoes are evenly covered.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer for even roasting.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
