Description

A delightful combination of creamy basil pesto, juicy cherry tomatoes, and tender bocconcini cheese that makes for a refreshing meal perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bocconcini cheese, halved
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, basil pesto, halved cherry tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, and arugula in a large bowl.
