Instructions
- Wash and slice the radishes thinly.
- Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously until dissolved.
- Pack the sliced radishes into a jar.
- Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the radishes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate.
