Description

A quick and easy recipe for vibrant, tangy pickled radishes that add crunch and flavor to salads, sandwiches, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh radishes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vinegar (white or rice vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: spices like mustard seeds or peppercorns for a flavor kick

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the radishes thinly.
  2. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously until dissolved.
  4. Pack the sliced radishes into a jar.
  5. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the radishes.
  6. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate.
