Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the cucumbers thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Combine the white vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
- Add the cucumber slices to the bowl and toss gently to coat.
- Place the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 1 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
- Cool before serving as a healthy snack or appetizer.
