- 1 lb turkey sausage (or ham/turkey bacon)
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the turkey sausage (or ham/turkey bacon) over medium heat until browned and fragrant.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl until smooth.
- Layer the frozen hashbrowns in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the cooked sausage over the hashbrowns.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over everything.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool, top with chopped green onions, and serve.
