A comforting summer delight that combines classic BLT flavors with tender, shredded chicken, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or a picnic.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: avocado slices

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
