Instructions
- Add the chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker.
- Pour in the chicken broth, then add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients, ensuring everything is well-coated in the flavorful broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours.
- Stir in the heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
