Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
- Combine the browned beef, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in your slow cooker.
- Gently stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
