Instructions

- Add the flour to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until a roux forms.
- Gradually whisk in the milk until the gravy thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
- Whisk and scramble the eggs in a separate pan until fluffy, adding a touch of salt and pepper.
- Assemble the bowl by placing a layer of crispy tater tots, topping with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and pouring the sausage gravy over the top. Serve immediately!
