Description

A warm and comforting casserole combining tender broccoli florets with creamy Velveeta cheese and a crunchy Ritz cracker topping, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 cups of Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the broccoli, Velveeta cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until the broccoli is coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated.
  6. Spread the cracker mixture evenly over the broccoli mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
