A warm and comforting casserole combining tender broccoli florets with creamy Velveeta cheese and a crunchy Ritz cracker topping, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups of Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the broccoli, Velveeta cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until the broccoli is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated.
- Spread the cracker mixture evenly over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
