Description

Ingredients

  • 1 small head red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the finely shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
